The objective of the project is to propose a training workshop on "open science" with a component on the management of research data and an initiation to their processing. This workshop will be open to students and researchers and in particular to members of the MIKAROKA International Mixed Laboratory (UMR ENTROPIE, UMR MARBEC, CNRO, IH.SM) interested in the marine reef domain of Madagascar.

The management of research data is an issue that is not yet well addressed in university training in Madagascar. However, its necessity is increasingly recognized, especially in the context of the reproducibility of research, data management plans and the recent increase in work related to the emergence of artificial intelligence.

We wish to train students and researchers to good practices of collecting and referencing their data, to teach them to use international valorization tools and to make them practice some examples of processing and reuse.
